Online Membership Only

Do you struggle to attend classes due to a busy work schedule or hectic family life? Or maybe you just prefer to train from the comfort of your own home?

If so then we have the perfect solution for you!

Zest Online membership offers you:

  • Access to our anytime video library of easy to follow, fun challenging workouts that you can follow when ever suits you.

  • You also get access to nutritional guidance videos instructing you how to calculate and track your personal nutrition.

  • You will also have access to our delicious healthy recipe pack which has loads of healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options and well as detailed cooking instructions and Precise nutrition information for each meal making it really easy for you to follow your plan and get great results. our online classes just require a few pieces of home gym exercise equipment to get the most out of your online experience, a kettlebell, suspension training straps and a set of dumbbells. we will upload content regularly to keep you challenged and motivated.

Fitcamp + Online Membership

Attend up to 4 of our weekly timetabled classes at our studio in Muff and have access to our online training and nutrition content.

Our fitcamp classes provide a fun challenging full body workout. we use a combination of various equipment including kettlebells, suspension training straps, battling ropes, medicine balls and slam balls to create fun calorie blasting workouts that incorporate reisitance training, cardio endurance, core and flexibility. Our professional coaches are always at hand to show alternative exercise options to suit every fitness level be it complete beginner or advanced.

Small Group Personal Training + Online Membership

Attend 2 of our small group PT classes every week plus up to 3 of our weekly fitcamp classes in our studio in Muff and have access to our online training and nutrition content.

Small Group PT offers all the advantages of individual personal training but in a small group of 4 - 8 people. sessions focus on strength training using barbells and dumbbells and each participant is closely supervised by and monitored by one of our experienced coached to ensure they make safe and steady progress. bi weekly progress checks are carried out to ensure goals are achieved and training and nutrition is adjusted where necessary.
